Delivery Methods

Delivery Partners:

• Home delivery: Kerry TJ Logistics (Taiwan main island only)
• Convenience store: 7-11, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island and outlying islands)

Delivery Time / Coverage Area:

Home Delivery

• Delivery time: 2–3 business days
• Coverage area: Taiwan main island

Convenience Store Pickup

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days
• Coverage area: Taiwan main island

Kerry TJ Logistics (Outlying Islands)

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days
• Coverage area: Taiwan's outlying islands

Shipping Details

• Orders ship approximately 1–2 business days after the order is placed (not counting the day of order), excluding weekends and holidays
• Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; no deliveries are scheduled on Sundays
• Shipping may be delayed during holiday periods with higher order volumes, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters
• For [Home Delivery]: actual delivery timing depends on the route arranged by the delivery driver
• For [Convenience Store]: please watch for the arrival SMS notification and collect your package within 7 days of arrival — please don't leave it uncollected without reason, as any resulting shipping cost loss will be borne by the customer
